We prefer to deal with our Owners on a personal basis as we believe it's the personal touch which helps you make a real success out of renting your property or yacht. How to become a featured Owner.

We are keen to add new properties and yachts to privateownersdirect and would be happy to discuss the possibility of you joining. Essentially, your property or yacht must be of good quality and well maintained. Yachts should also meet the necessary safety standards for charter vessels.

Listing: If you already have your own website, you can choose a straightforward listing which includes a photograph of your property or yacht, a logo and a brief introductory paragraph. The photograph and logo are active to allow clickthroughs to your website

Website creation and hosting: If you do not already have a website, we can create one for you which will consist of a home page, a page with prices and booking details plus one additional page which we recommend gives some broad information on the local area, including tourist attractions. You will need to supply us with suitable photographs, a full description and pricing details etc. We can help you with copywriting as necessary.

Enquiry and reservations handling: Dealing with enquiries and taking reservations can be very time consuming and is difficult if you are working full time since you need to be readily contactable both during the evening and daytime. If you would like us to manage your reservations, we will handle all enquiries (by telephone or email), keep a reservations diary and collect deposits and payments on your behalf.
